Chocolate brownies

Suroviny: 3 vajíčka, 2-3 polievkové lyžičky medu, 100g horkej čokolády (čím viac percent má, tým lepšie), 100g masla, hrsť lieskových orieškov, štipku soli,cca 100g mletých mandlí/mandľovej múky.

Postup: Rúru zohrejeme na 175°C. Plech si vystelieme papierom na pečenie. Na cesto si najprv vo vodnom kúpeli roztopíme maslo s čokoládou. Do misky rozklepneme vajíčka a pridáme med a ušľaháme. Cieľom je vytvoriť jednotnú napenenú penu. Pridáme k tomu mierne vychladenú čokoládovú zmes s maslom tukom a premiešame. Na záver pridáme mandľovú múku a nasekané oriešky. Cesto vylejem na pekáč a dáme do rúry. Pečieme zhruba 20 minút, záleží od hrúbky vrstvy cesta.

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 2-3 tablespoons spoons honey, 100 grams dark chocolate, 100 grams butter, 50 grams chopped hazelnuts, a pinch of salt, 100 grams ground almonds / mandelic flour.

Method: Heat the oven to 175 ° C. Fill a small saucepan about a quarter full with hot water, then sit the bowl on top so it rests on the rim of the pan, not touching the water. Put over a low heat until the butter and chocolate have melted, stirring occasionally to mix them. Now remove the bowl from the pan. Leave the melted mixture to cool to room temperature. With an electric mixer, whisk the eggs and honey until they look thick and creamy. Pour the cooled chocolate mixture over the eggy mousse, then gently fold together and finally, add the almond flour and chopped nuts. Bake for about 20 minutes.
