A wonderful, creamy pea soup

Suroviny: 400 g mrazeného hrášku, 2 PL bazalkového pesta, 3 ČL soli, 1 ČL čierneho mletého korenia a 1 PL masla.

Postup: Do litra vriacej osolenej vody vysypeme vrecko mrazeného hrášku, pridáme bazalkové pesto, 1 ČL čierneho mletého korenia a varíme 20 minút. V závere pridáme maslo. Keď polievka trochu vychladne rozmixujeme ju ponorným mixérom.

Ingredients: 1 l water, 400 g frozen peas, tablespoons basil pestosalt and pepper to taste and 1 tablespoon butter.
Method: Pour in the boiling water frozen peas, basil pesto, season to taste with salt and pepper, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the peas are tender, 20 minutes. At the end add butter and puree the peas in a blender or food processor.
